Restore agitation with this genuine OEM magnet-equipped brush roll for the Kirby Generation 5 and 6 machines. The roll spins across the carpet to lift embedded dirt, and its built-in magnet works with the machine's brush roll monitoring.
As the bristles flatten or wear, the roll stops making firm contact with the carpet and deep-cleaning drops off, often with hair wrapping the shaft. A fresh brush roll returns full agitation and keeps the magnet-based monitoring reading correctly.
