Engineered for the Kirby GEN 3, this genuine OEM belt lifter screw fastens the belt-lifter mechanism to the nozzle assembly. It holds the lever that raises and lowers the drive belt when you engage or park the brush roll.
Vibration and repeated belt changes can loosen or strip this screw, and a lifter that shifts on a loose fastener makes belt engagement unreliable and can let the belt slip off its track. Installing a correctly specified replacement returns the lifter to a solid, fixed mount.
