This genuine OEM Kirby headlight pivot casting serves the G3 and AV2 platforms and fits the Kirby Avalir, Avalir 2, Avalir Platinum, Diamond Edition, G4, G5, Gen 3, GSix, Sentria, Sentria II, and Ultimate G. The casting carries the headlight and lets it pivot with the nozzle as the machine adjusts.
A cracked or broken pivot casting leaves the headlight loose or misaimed and can let it sag out of position, so the beam no longer lights the floor ahead. Fitting the correct factory casting restores a solid mount and proper headlight aim.
