This genuine OEM Kenmore primary filter (Part #KC44KDMTZ000, also sold as #47-2310-06) fits the Kenmore DU3002 and DU3018 and Panasonic models including MC-UL423, MC-UL425, MC-UL427, MC-UL429, MC-UL810, MC-CL943, and MC-CL945. It catches fine particles ahead of the motor to protect it and maintain suction.
A discolored or clogged primary filter restricts airflow, which lowers suction and leaves the motor working harder. Replacing it restores efficient operation and helps extend the life of the motor.
