This genuine OEM floor nozzle bottom plate (Part #KC03REDGZV06) fits the Kenmore 81714 and BC4027, along with the Titan T9500 canister. The plate makes up the base of the power nozzle, holding the brush roll and setting how the nozzle rides against the floor.
Cracks or broken mounting tabs in the bottom plate let the brush roll work loose and open air gaps around the base. Carpet pickup falls off and the roll can sit crooked or bind. A correct OEM plate reseats the roll and restores level, sealed floor contact.
