This genuine OEM Hoover pre-motor filter fits the CH50100 and CH50102. Positioned ahead of the motor, this HEPA-grade filter captures 99.97 percent of particles down to 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust mites, and pet dander, before air reaches the motor.
As the filter loads with fine dust, airflow tightens and suction drops, and a neglected filter lets fine particles reach and wear the motor. Fitting a fresh filter reopens the airflow, restores suction, and shields the motor from the dust it is meant to catch.
