HEPA exhaust filter for the Hoover WindTunnel T Series, part 440013493, supplied as a cartridge in its frame. It replaces Hoover 303172002 and 303172001, and fits both bagged and bagless T Series machines: the UH70100, UH70105, UH70106 and UH70107, the UH70110, UH70115, UH70116, UH70120, UH70130 and UH70140, the UH70200, UH70205, UH70210, UH70211 and UH70212, the UH70605, the bagged UH30300 and the commercial CH53010.
This is the last filter the air passes before it leaves the machine, so it is what stands between fine dust and the room you are cleaning. A loaded cartridge chokes airflow, and the vacuum gets louder and picks up less as the motor strains against it.
Replace it on a schedule rather than waiting for a symptom, particularly in a house with allergies.
