Exhaust filters are the last thing air passes on its way out of a Hoover WindTunnel bagged upright, and when this one loads up the machine starts blowing warm, dusty air across the floor it has just cleaned. Part 902418001 replaces it.
The pad measures roughly 7.1 by 2 inches and sits in the exhaust grille. It fits the UH30300, UH30302, UH30308 and UH30310, the UH30600 family including the UH30601 and UH30651, the UH30650 models, the CH54100 and the Royal UR30090.
Change it whenever the exhaust starts to smell of old dust, or once a year alongside the secondary filter. It is the cheapest way to stop a perfectly good vacuum from making the room smell like a vacuum.
