Part 638643 bundles the hose, wand and attachments used away from the floor on a Sanitaire or Eureka SC9180 commercial upright, covering stairs, furniture and tight corners in one purchase.
Daily commercial duty wears out the hose in this bundle faster than anything else on the machine. A split partway down its length lets air escape from the middle of the run, so the floor head keeps working at full strength while the wand end goes soft or quits, and a wand or coupling that no longer holds a tool firmly is the other frequent complaint that sends people looking for this part.
