Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Light gray trim along the foot of the bag compartment is usually the first thing to look tired on a hard-working ESSENTIAL upright, because it is the part of the machine that actually touches the room. SEBO 5085HG renews it. This is the light gray bumper base fitted to the lower edge of the bag housing on the ESSENTIAL G1 and ESSENTIAL G2.
The strip is there so that door frames, stair nosings and chair legs meet a cheap replaceable moulding rather than the housing shell itself. It does that job well for years and then gives up in stages: scuffed, then cracked at a fixing point, then curled away from the housing entirely. From the moment it stops sitting tight it has stopped protecting anything, and the exposed rim behind it starts collecting chips that cannot be undone. Fitting a fresh strip takes minutes and keeps the housing rim presentable rather than steadily chipped away.
