Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Black-bodied FELIX Premium uprights take 7093SW as their bag compartment door. SEBO's FELIX parts drawing shows it at item 16 and names it there as the black cover for the bag housing, one line down from the black cable hook at 15 and one line up from the black filter cover at 17.
The panel is doing two jobs any time the machine is switched on. It contains the chamber, so bag dust and loose debris stay where they were put, and it holds a seal against the body, so the motor can find air nowhere except inside the paper bag. Damage removes both at once, and the giveaway is rarely the panel itself. What owners notice is an upright that has lost its edge on carpet with plenty of room left in the bag, a dark line of fine dust picking out the door seam, and a catch that needs a second push before it stays down.
