SEBO ET-1 Power Head Chassi...

Product details
Everything inside an ET-1 head bolts to the chassis: motor, roll bearings, wheels and the height linkage all take their alignment from it. Part 2324GS is that frame in gray black, supplied as the frame alone so the original internals move across into it.
A split screw boss or a frame twisted by a hard fall puts the roll out of parallel with the floor, and no set of new bearings will correct that. The symptoms are the ones that survive every other repair: a head that still runs noisy after fresh bearing blocks, a belt that keeps tracking off despite a new pulley, uneven bristle wear across the strip, or a wheel mount that no longer holds its position. Stairs account for most of the damage, followed by heads that have been leaned on while the machine was parked upright. SEBO shows the ET-1 chassis as position 100 in the DART diagram.
Allow proper time for the transfer and keep fasteners grouped by where they came from, because the same screw is not always used at every location. Inspect the bearing blocks, the belt and the pulley while the internals are out, since all three are far easier to reach with the frame stripped than they will ever be again. Fitment covers the SEBO FELIX Premium, DART and C3.1 uprights and the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium canisters. Light gray heads take chassis 2324HG.
