This is the right-hand padded shoulder harness for the Carpet Pro SCBP1 backpack, part B352-7000. It carries half the weight of the machine, and how it is padded and stitched decides how the vacuum feels three hours into a shift.
Straps wear where they flex, at the shoulder crest and where the webbing turns through the adjuster. Padding compresses flat, stitching lets go at one corner, and the machine starts to sit crooked. Operators feel it as one shoulder taking the load and a wand that is harder to hold on line.
Fit the right side on its own if that is the one that has gone. If the padding has hardened on both shoulders, the left harness is part B352-7100, and changing the pair keeps the load even across your back.
