This Style 7/8 set, part F942, holds the two foam filters a Bissell upright uses, the upper tank filter and the pre-motor filter.
The list of machines that take them is long: 3575, 3590, 3591, the 3593 series, 3594, 3595, 3596, 3750, the 3760 range, 4104, 4220, 6590, 6591, 6595, 6801, 6850, 6860, 8900, 8990, 18Z6, 53F8, 89Q9, 92L3P and 92L3W among others.
Both filters are washable, and both have a service life beyond which washing stops helping. What you notice when they are past it is a machine you have to push harder to pick up the same amount, and a whiff of dust while it runs. Rinse them monthly in warm water, dry them completely, and swap the set every 6 to 9 months or once the foam starts breaking apart.
