SEBO Attachment Cover for C1.1 — Teal Green

The teal green lid over the tool bay of a SEBO C1.1 is catalogued as 6382AM. It hinges up to reach the stored attachments and drops back to finish the line of the canister housing.

These panels fail at the hinge tabs. Years of opening and closing works the plastic, an unlucky meeting with a door frame does the rest, and the lid then hangs off one pivot or vanishes altogether. Left uncovered, the compartment gathers grit and its contents rattle free while the machine is towed behind you. A new moulding brings back the latch action and puts a lid over the tools again.

Neither of the components working with the cover is included, and telling them apart before ordering avoids a second parcel. SEBO lists spring 6045 for this panel and supplies the attachment clips as a set of three under 6117ER. Rattling tools behind a lid that still snaps shut is a clip fault; a lid that swings open on its own with sound hinges is generally the spring.

Fitting is straightforward once the correct panel is in hand — the hinge points and the catch geometry are unchanged from the original, so the lid drops into place and latches without adjustment.
