This compatible replacement flat belt fits Hoover WindTunnel uprights, including part number 38528057 and other similar models. The belt links the motor pulley to the brush roll so the roller spins as the motor runs.
A stretched or snapped belt stops the brush roll, and carpet cleaning falls off even while the motor still hums. Fitting a fresh belt returns full brush roll speed and proper carpet agitation.
- Fits: Hoover WindTunnel, 38528057 and similar models
- Function: flat drive belt, motor to brush roll
- Benefit: restores brush roll rotation and pickup
- Tip: replace every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if the roller slows
It loops onto the pulley and brush roll in place of the old belt. Check the roller for tangled hair while the cover is off.
