This flat belt (part 38528036) fits the power nozzle brush roll on Hoover WindTunnel canister vacuums and comes two to a pack. It is engineered for a precise fit so the brush roll turns at full speed and agitates the carpet properly.
When a belt stretches or snaps, the brush roll slows or stops and the nozzle glides over the carpet without digging in. Fitting a fresh belt restores full brush roll speed and brings back the agitation that lets the power nozzle clean carpet the way it should.
