This replacement Kenmore wand holder clips the extension wand to the vacuum body for storage on many 116-series canisters, including the 116.30610000C through 116.30613004C range and the 116.31040900 through 116.31040907 series. It cradles the wand so it stays stowed and ready between uses.
When the holder cracks or loses its grip, the wand no longer stays seated and can rattle free or drop during handling and transport. A sound holder keeps the wand secured to the body and prevents the falls that lead to further damage.
