Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Air Adjustment Plate regulates airflow within the vacuum, sliding to open or close a bleed port that sets how much suction reaches the cleaning head. By controlling the air path, it lets you match suction to the surface you are cleaning.

A plate that is cracked, warped, or sticking can leak air where it should seal or fail to move through its range, which throws off suction control and can weaken pickup at the floor. Replacing a damaged plate restores a clean seal and smooth adjustment, returning proper airflow regulation to the machine.
