The Vaculine mounting plate (SKU TF5568BV) provides the backing that secures a wall inlet into the rough opening of a central vacuum installation. Molded in plastic, it is part of the Vaculine inlet and pipe system.

TF5568BV is designed to pair with Vaculine wall inlets and the 2 in. PVC tubing behind them. Use it during rough-in to hold the inlet in position while the pipe is glued and set. A properly anchored mounting plate keeps the finished inlet flush and square to the wall, so the cover door closes cleanly and the connection stays airtight once the drywall goes up.
