If the brush roll on your Hoover has stopped turning, this V-style drive belt is the fix. It fits Hoover WindTunnel uprights equipped with Power Drive, seating into the pulley groove to carry motor torque to the brush roll for full carpet agitation.
V-belts stretch and glaze with heat and mileage, and a slipping belt lets brush speed fall until agitation, and pickup, noticeably drop. A precise replacement restores full brush-roll rotation and the tension needed to keep grooming carpet between service intervals.
