This replacement foam filter fits Shark Navigator uprights including the NV22, NV26, NV27, NV36, and 100, and comes four to a pack. It sits ahead of the motor, trapping fine dust and debris before that air reaches the internal components.
A foam filter that is compressed, torn, or clogged either restricts airflow or lets grit through to the motor, and either way suction suffers. Foam that no longer springs back after washing has reached the end of its life. A fresh filter keeps suction strong and shields the motor.
