This replacement idler bearing assembly fits the TurboCat EX power nozzle and supports the brush roll for smooth, low-friction rotation. The idler bearing carries one end of the roller so it can spin freely as the turbine or belt drives it across the carpet.
When an idler bearing wears out, the brush roll can slow down, make grinding or squealing noise, or stop turning altogether, which cuts into carpet agitation. Fitting a fresh bearing assembly returns the roller to quiet, free-spinning operation.
