Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

An upper shell on its own seldom settles the problem, so SEBO packages this black D4 Premium casing as a kit. In the box with it: bag spring 8140ER, the cover axle set 6750ER, and hinge pair 8052ER complete with axles. Order it as 8003SWER.

Everything in that list serves one purpose: keeping the bag pressed onto its port and letting the cover drop shut on a straight axis. Once the casing splits or the pivots wear out of round, the cover stands proud at a corner, the compartment stops sealing and fine dust works its way out around the join instead of staying in the bag. A tired bag spring produces the same symptom from the other direction, letting the bag collar sit loose on its port.

SEBO draws the compartment as a block on the AIRBELT D diagram, which makes the related numbers easy to pick up while the machine is apart. The bag spring is at position 23 and the cover axle at 24; the bag cover seal 8130 is at 34 and the bag indicator adjuster 8127ER at 33. The complete inside bag cover for this model is 8051AM4, the outer cover in black is 8005SWER, and the filter bags are 8120AM, eight to a box with caps.
