This is the two-stage motor used in the Titan TCS-6602 central vacuum power unit, a 6.6-inch frame motor sold as part 122233-00. It is also listed against the Titan 8504.
In a central system the motor sits in the basement or garage and is rarely looked at, so failure announces itself at the inlets instead.
