This central vacuum 90-degree sweep tee, part SV8048, is a standard OEM fitting that branches one run of built-in vacuum piping into two, the piece you need wherever a trunk line splits off toward another inlet. The sweeping junction is shaped to keep debris flowing smoothly through the branch instead of catching at the intersection.
As with every connection in a central vacuum system, the tee must seal airtight. Leaks at branch points are especially costly because they rob suction from every inlet fed by that line. Built to standard central vacuum pipe dimensions, it integrates easily with existing installations and new construction alike.
