This front wheel, part 571012113, belongs to the Titan T3600 bagged upright. It sits at the front corner of the cleaning head, taking the machine's weight as you push forward and setting how the nozzle meets the floor.
Upright front wheels lead a hard life. They carry the most weight, they meet every threshold and rug edge first, and they collect grit in the tread. A worn one makes the vacuum feel heavy and reluctant on the forward stroke, catches instead of rolling on tile, or scratches hard floors where a cracked rim scrapes.
The replacement presses onto its axle without tools. Check the wheel on the other side while you are there and change the pair if both are worn, since one new wheel against one flattened one leaves the head sitting slightly off level.
