    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The ESSENTIAL G uprights have a testing cap of their own, and 5429ZG is it. One order code covers the G1, G2, G4 and G5.

    Its purpose is narrow and genuinely useful. It closes off a connection while the electrical circuit is under test, so a measurement comes from a properly made circuit instead of a temporary lash-up. That is the whole value of the part. A test taken through something improvised is a test nobody can rely on, and repeating it takes longer than reaching for the right cap in the first place.

    Because it is a tool and not a wearing component, it lives in the service drawer next to the meter and is renewed only when lost or damaged.
