Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Ordered on its own or alongside the block it shields, part 1524 is the moulded lid that closes over the terminal block inside SEBO's 370 uprights. Its job is insulation: with the cover in place the live terminals are enclosed, out of reach of fingers and shut off from the dust circulating through the machine.

Covers most often disappear during an earlier repair, or crack at a fixing lug and end up rattling loose inside the housing. Neither state is acceptable on a mains connection, and both are quick to put right once the correct moulding is to hand. Fits the SEBO 370 COMFORT and the ELECTRONIC 370.

If the block itself shows charring, fit a new one at the same time rather than closing a damaged junction back up. Ordering the cover and the block together saves opening the same compartment twice, and a cover that has been distorted by heat rarely clips down properly on a new block anyway.
