SEBO Suction Neck for C3.1 ...

Product details
Every particle a C3.1 picks up passes through the suction neck before it reaches the bag. SKU 6318UL is that moulded neck, supplied as the C3.1 version of the part.
SEBO's own parts list is the clearest guide to where it sits: 6014 is described as the seal between the suction neck and the bottom casing, so the neck lands against the lower shell and is sealed to it rather than simply pushed into a hole. That makes it a pressure joint, and any crack, distortion or perished seal there robs suction across the whole machine — not at one accessory. It also explains why a canister can feel weak with a fresh bag, clean filters and a sound hose.
Hairline cracks are the usual end of life, often after the hose has been yanked sideways once too often. Air whistles at the joint, the nozzle stops pulling the way it used to, and the fault does not clear no matter which tool is fitted. A new neck reseals the airway. Look at the rest of the C-Series air path while you are in there as well: SEBO lists elbow 6088 and air adapter 6293 for these canisters, and a leak at either produces much the same complaint.
