Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Strain Relief Grommet (Part #1KE0265600) protects the power cord where it enters the machine on Hoover C2401 uprights. The grommet cushions the cord at the entry point, absorbing flex and pull so the wiring is not strained at the connection.

A cracked, hardened, or missing grommet leaves the cord exposed to sharp bending and abrasion at the housing, which can fray the wire over time. A fresh grommet restores that protection and relieves stress on the cord.
