Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Shut, the same spring holds the lid down flat against its surround. Once the coil has set solid or fractured, the cover either hangs slack on its hinge or stays where it is when released, and the crevice nozzle and dusting brush kept below it start knocking about as the machine is towed around. Neither symptom is serious in isolation. Together they are what makes a mechanically sound canister feel tired, and they are cured by a component that fits in the palm of one hand.
