This complete SoftTouch hose (SKU IT3021-0) is built for the Retraflex retractable central vacuum system. It arrives with a SoftTouch cover already fitted to guard stairs and wall edges from scratches, plus both hose ends installed to hold the cover in place and accept a handle.
