Right and left shoulder straps on the Eureka SC412A backpack are ordered as separate parts so a harness with only one worn side can be repaired without discarding the other strap. B3525600 is the right-hand one.
A backpack strap stretches under repeated loading long before it visibly frays, and by the time the stretch is noticeable the machine has usually started riding a little low and pulling to that side on every turn. Add in padding that has packed flat from months of shoulder contact and stitching that has begun to give at the anchor points, and a strap that once held the canister snugly starts to feel like it is barely holding on.
Fitting the new strap is a matter of freeing the worn one at its anchor point on the backplate and seating the replacement in the same position. While the harness is apart, look over the mounting hardware and stitching on that side, since hardware that has worn or spread will let even a fresh strap ride loosely under a full load, and a worn anchor is easy to miss while the old stretched strap is still masking it.
A fresh right-side strap puts the canister back to a level, balanced carry across both shoulders, which is worth more than it sounds on a route that runs several hours with the machine on someone's back. The left strap is sold separately as its own part if it has stretched to the same point.
