Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part AH31711 is Hoover's 32-ounce Oxy spot cleaning solution, supplied ready to pour for a portable spot cleaner such as the Spotless Portable rather than as a concentrate you dilute yourself.

Hoover describes the formula as fast-acting, attacking and breaking down both old and new set-in stains, with the Oxy technology neutralizing odors and leaving carpet smelling fresh rather than simply covering the smell with fragrance. That matters most on messes that have already dried into carpet or upholstery, where a surface clean lifts the mark but leaves the odor behind.

Because it is supplied premixed, follow your machine's fill line and instructions when loading the tank rather than guessing a dilution ratio. Work fresh stains before they set for the best result, and blot rather than scrub when lifting a treated spot, since scrubbing can push the stain deeper into the pile instead of lifting it out.

Rinse the tank and hose path with clean water after finishing a session, since solution left standing in the lines can leave a residue that affects the next fill. This matters more with a premixed formula than a heavily diluted one, because more active solution is sitting in the machine at any given time. Reseat the cap fully between uses.
