SEBO Suction Unit for the BALANCE A1 — Gray

Gray is the finish on the BALANCE A1 that SEBO sells as 95010AM, and 95025GA is the suction unit that matches it. The drawing puts it at position 1, ahead of everything else, because every other component of the machine mounts onto this assembly.

Follow the air and the reason becomes obvious. Dust enters at the power brush 95030AM (position 15), where either the MicroCare roller 8816AM (position 16) or the MultiCare roller 8815AM (position 17) lifts it off the floor. It travels up the suction tube 8831AM (position 9), spins out in the cyclone unit 8820AM (position 4), and passes the pair of motor protection filters 8850AM (position 3) before it reaches the motor housed in this unit and leaves the machine. Replace the suction unit and you are replacing the powered heart of that chain, not a detail inside it.

Technicians order 95025GA after impact damage, a cracked housing or a motor section that will not run, and generally after the cheaper possibilities have been ruled out. Because SEBO builds the housing in colour, one diagram position carries three separate part numbers, so match the finish on the machine in front of you rather than the picture on the page.

Rule out the inexpensive causes of weak pickup first.
