SEBO 4.3 Flat Washer (DIN 125) for ESSENTIAL G Series — Single

Sized for M4 hardware, this flat washer carries a 4.3 bore and the DIN 125 pattern, and SEBO fits it throughout the ESSENTIAL G uprights. Part 0140 is one washer, for the repair where a single one went missing into the bag compartment.

Its job is to give the screw head a flat, wide seat so clamping force is not concentrated on a small ring of plastic or on the edge of a slot. Leave it out and the head sinks in, the joint loses tension, and the panel begins to shift under vibration. A washer that has cupped, picked up corrosion or been distorted by over-tightening no longer sits flat either, and the fastener above it works loose over the next few hours of run time. Check an old washer before deciding to reuse it. One that has taken a set and gone slightly dished has already been over-tightened once, and it will keep concentrating load at its rim rather than spreading it.
