Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

A filter is only as good as the ring of rubber around it, which is why part 6034 belongs on the same order as the media rather than on a later one. SEBO lists it as the microfilter seal used across the C-series canisters.

It shuts the gap at the edge of the microfilter, obliging exhaust air through the media rather than around the shorter route at its edge. Once the seal has flattened, hardened or split, that bypass opens and the very dust the filter exists to trap goes straight back into the room. The signs are indirect: a fine film settling on furniture near where the machine is used, or a faint smell on the exhaust of a canister running a fresh bag. Nothing about the part looks wrong when the housing is opened, and that is precisely why it is skipped so often.
