SEBO Screw C 2.9 x 9.5 (DIN 7981) for X1, X2, X4 and X5

The shortest of the 2.9 mm tapping screws used through the SEBO X range, the C 2.9 x 9.5 to DIN 7981 secures light covers and internal brackets on the X1, X2, X4 and X5 uprights. DIN 7981 sets the form: a cross-recessed pan head on a self-tapping thread, so the screw cuts its own path into the plastic boss beneath and needs no nut behind it. Two things finish a fastener this size. The first is a driver that slips and rounds out the cross recess until nothing will grip it. The second is a plastic boss opened up by too many removals, so the thread has nothing fresh left to cut. Measure what you took out rather than judging by eye.
