The Royal RY5300 and RY5400 commercial upright bottom plate, part 3301FI1134, is the replacement plate for the underside of these heavy-use commercial vacuums. The bottom plate takes constant abuse from floors, furniture legs, and whatever gets pulled toward the nozzle, and once it cracks or warps the nozzle no longer seals against the carpet. The result is a noticeable drop in suction at the floor.
Installing a fresh plate restores the flat, sealed surface the nozzle needs, which brings pickup back to normal on a machine that sees daily commercial use. For cleaning crews running Royal uprights every shift, this is routine maintenance rather than a major repair.
This bottom plate fits the Royal RY5300 and RY5400 commercial uprights and also fits the Regina HDU600.
