Covering the filter compartment on the Royal RY5500 and RY6900 commercial vacuums, this replacement filter door (Part #370213) snaps shut to keep air routed correctly through the filtration system. It protects the filter during use.
A missing or broken filter door lets air bypass the filter, sending unfiltered exhaust into the room and exposing the filter to knocks. A sound door restores the sealed routing so all air passes through the media.
