Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part B015-2014B is the bottom plate on the Riccar and Simplicity R10E upright platform, cataloged under Riccar's older RSL1 designation for the same part number. The plate forms the floor seal directly beneath the nozzle opening, and it is what keeps suction concentrated on the carpet rather than leaking in around the edges of the machine as it moves.
