The ProTeam Sound Muffler is a genuine OEM replacement part for the CoachVac, MegaVac, and Super Coach backpack vacuums. Its purpose is exactly what the name suggests: keeping these commercial machines running at the quieter sound levels they were designed for, which matters when you clean offices, schools, or healthcare spaces during occupied hours.
Over time the original muffler can degrade or become clogged, and a noticeably louder vacuum is often the first sign. Replacing the muffler restores the machine's intended sound profile without any other modification, and it spares the motor from working against a restricted path.
