This ProTeam extension tube is a genuine OEM replacement wand for the ProGen 12 and ProGen 15 commercial vacuums. The tube forms part of the sealed airflow path between hose and floor tool, and it is built for a secure connection, because any looseness at a fitting bleeds off suction before it ever reaches the carpet.
Wands lead a hard life on commercial machines. Inspect them regularly for cracks, blockages, and fittings that no longer lock tight; small air leaks are among the most common causes of gradual suction loss on a vacuum in daily service.
