This genuine OEM ProTeam hose receptacle (Part #836478) is the electrified inlet that the hose plugs into on the ProTeam 1073110, PROVAC FS 6, SUPER COACH PRO 6, and SUPER COACH PRO 10 backpack vacuums. It provides both the airtight airflow connection and the electrical contacts for a powered nozzle.
A receptacle that is cracked or has worn contacts leaks air and loses suction, and it can interrupt power to an electrified head. Fitting a fresh receptacle re-seals the connection and restores steady airflow and power transfer.
