A commercial upright's cord takes more abuse than anything else on the machine: dragged across door frames, run over, and pulled from the outlet at the end of every shift. Part 104284 is the replacement power cord for ProTeam's 15-inch ProForce uprights, sized and terminated for the factory routing inside the handle.
Replace it as soon as you see exposed conductor, a cracked jacket near the plug, or power that flickers when the cord is flexed. A frayed cord on a machine used in an occupied building is not something to nurse along.
It fits the ProTeam ProForce 1200XP and 1200XP HEPA, the ProForce 1500, ProForce 1500XP and 1500XP HEPA, and the ProCare 15 and 15XP. Unplug the vacuum before you start, and secure the new cord through its strain relief so nothing can pull on the terminals.
