Everything the nozzle picks up travels through the duct work on its way to the bag, so any crack, gap, or perished seal along that path bleeds suction before it ever reaches the floor. The air duct kit for ProTeam's 15-inch uprights, part 105489, replaces those passages as a set.
It is worth suspecting when a machine has lost pickup despite a fresh bag, a clean filter, and a brush roll that spins freely. Worn ductwork is the cause people check last.
The kit fits the ProTeam 1200XP and ProForce 1200XP HEPA, the 1500, 1500XP, ProForce 1500XP HEPA and 1500XP New Style, and the ProCare 15XP. Because the pieces are made to the original dimensions, each one seats where the factory part did and the sealed air path is restored end to end.
