Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A torn or saturated primary filter lets fine dust travel further into the machine than it should, and once that happens suction drops even though the bag or bin has plenty of capacity left. Once the media is loaded through its depth rather than only on the surface, tapping or shaking it no longer brings the airflow back, and a replacement is the only thing that will.
