This compatible replacement primary filter fits the Hoover WindTunnel UH70600 and UH71009 uprights. It sits in the dirt cup's airflow path, trapping dust and debris while keeping air flowing freely through the vacuum.
A clogged primary filter cuts suction and lets dirt bypass into the airflow, so pickup weakens and fine dust slips past. Running a choked filter also strains the motor over time. Fitting a fresh filter restores full airflow, keeps suction strong, and protects the motor.
