Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Orange is the giveaway on a DISCO Fun, and 3204VOSE is the power head cover in that finish. It is the molded top shell of the power head on the DISCO floor polisher: the part that caps the head, keeps the drive components and their wiring out of sight, and takes the impact whenever the machine meets a chair leg or a doorframe.

Contact damage is what finishes these covers off. The leading edge scuffs first, then a mounting tab lets go, and after that the shell rattles and lifts instead of clamping down. Running on with a broken cover invites grit into the drive and leaves an otherwise sound polisher looking neglected. Fitting the replacement is straightforward as long as every clip is properly seated before the fixings are tightened; a shell pulled down on one unseated clip will crack again in the same place.
